Service Desk Pro (13.0)
This template installs an advanced set of Bureaucrat modules. It provides incident management and service management, allowing to process both incident and service requests.
In addition to standard service desk functionality, Service Desk Pro allows to use Service Level Agreement (SLA) and SLA Log in requests. You can set SLA rules for each request stage with warnings and time limits. SLA rules can be set per category and service. All SLA actions and events are logged and can be analyzed using SLA Reports.
You are free to install additional Bureaucrat modules to upgrade your service desk to a higher level.
All other Odoo modules are also available for installation.
