Modules
One copy (assembly of modules) of the software is licensed for use (productive installation) within the operating activities of one business entity, without limiting the number of backup and test environments.
The solution is delivered in an "open" (python + js + xml) form. The code is easy to read. It is not recommended to make changes to the supplied code!
If necessary, you can create your own modules, inheriting objects from the basic ones, which allows you to expand and change the functionality.
Licensing
Our solution is deployed on the Odoo ERP Community platform, the core and basic modules of which are supplied under the terms of the LGPLv3 (LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE) open license, which allows you to freely use, modify and distribute the code.
The main part of the Yodoo Service Desk functional modules (ITSM) is delivered on the basis of the OPL-1 license (Odoo Proprietary License v1.0).
This allows you to freely use and modify the product for your own needs, but does not give you the right to distribute the program code. This licensing model does not limit the use of the solution by the term of use and the number of users.
